When you run the Model C1D0F431 X12 Utility
you will see two basic functions that will appear on the products button bar.
View
Set X12 Folder
Scan
Find
Listing
To get started first load and view the file you wish to parse.
Click the picture of the magnifying glass
that appears on the button bar.
View
Select the X12 file you wish to load and view.
Once the file has been loaded a list of claims will be displayed.
Use the VIEW DATA button to display formated raw data.
Use the SELECT button to view a formated display of all the data in a particular claim.
Use the EXPORT button to create a CSV file of
the claims data that has been loaded into the viewer.
Fields can be added or deleted from the Export Field list.
The SAVE button will create an export map.
Click BEGIN to start the export.
The export will create an EXPORT.CSV file.
You can then load the EXPORT.CSV file into a spread sheet.
To set the X12 directory.
